By placing an equity investment of $1,000,000, or in some cases $500,000, in a qualifying business over a two-year period, small business investors can obtain U.S. “Green Card” status, so that they may oversee their business investment. The benefits of US permanent residency not only apply to the individual investor, but to their spouse and all minor and college age children.  

The U.S. Congress developed and has refined this special preference track for foreign nationals interested in U.S. immigration in order to help stimulate inbound investment and job growth in the U.S. economy. In order to qualify, targeted businesses must reach certain statutory job creation objectives during the initial two years of the investment.  

A successful investment takes special planning, knowledge and an attention to the details of the rules governing U.S. immigration. The
CITADEL America Service was designed to bring together the necessary talents. We can match the investor with a pre-selected qualifying investment, or work with the investor to coordinate these benefits on an investment chosen on its own merits. It is also suited for purchasers of franchise businesses, but may be applied to a variety of business models, ranging from manufacturing to retail to service operations.

Individual immigrant investors are permitted to pool their investments together in order to reach common business objectives. Unlike other immigration categories, Immigrant Investors are not required to work in the day-to-day activities of the business. There are no language, training or educational requirements to participate. Investors are not required to live near the business, but are permitted to participate as a limited partner with oversight authority. Working with our network of advisors, an initial capitalization through the CITADEL America Service may be escrowed until acceptance by U.S. immigration officials, usually in 90 days or less.  

The benefits of acceptance as a CITADEL America Service investor are the following:

• Investors receive the immediate award of lawful U.S. Conditional Permanent Residency;  
   

• Investors and their families can obtain an American education;
   

• Investors are able to come and go through U.S. customs and immigration as frequently as they like, permanently; and,
   

• Investors may settle and live anywhere in the United States , and are not required to live near the business in which they invest.

CITADEL America investors are not required to walk away from their business and personal lives in their countries of origin, but may maintain their residence, their businesses and other ties to their homes.
